Delete your Blocked It data
The short version: almost everything stays on your phone, and uninstalling deletes it. The only thing we keep on our server is spam reports you chose to send, and those are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Data on your phone
Your screened-call history, settings and block/allow lists live only on your phone. Uninstall Blocked It (or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Blocked It → Storage) to delete all of it.
Spam reports on our server
When you tap Report spam or Not spam with sharing on, we store the reported number, your verdict, the caller-ID verification result, any carrier spam label, and a random install ID (not linked to your name, number or Google account).
- In the app: Settings → Blocked It network → Delete my shared reports. This immediately erases every report sent from your phone.
- By email: write to hello@blockedit.app from the phone's owner. We'll walk you through it within 30 days. In practice the reports will already be gone by then.
- Automatically: every report is deleted 30 days after it's sent, whether you ask or not.
Turning off sharing (Settings → Blocked It network) stops any new reports from being sent.
